Salary: $65,000 to $75,000 base salary, plus monthly commission

Job Summary

We’re looking for an experienced, entrepreneurial B2B sales manager to build out our corporate sales footprint and work with our team to deliver our exceptional product experience to companies across the country. You’ll own the entire customer prospecting funnel, from sourcing leads and networking at industry events, to closing deals and working with our customer accounts and fulfillment teams to ensure a seamless ordering and delivery experience. 

What You’ll Do For Us:

  • Design, build, facilitate and own the core sales processes needed to run the business including weekly forecast, robust pipeline management, deal registration tool, quota allocation, and business objectives.
  • Conduct thorough research to identify potential B2B clients, including hotel chains, premium/high-end restaurants, universities, healthcare institutions, and corporate offices.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to these specific B2B markets to grow corporate partnerships and client relationships.
  • Manage full sales cycle, including lead generation, prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closing deals. 
  • Balance client relationship management with new customer acquisition via proactive sourcing
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align sales initiatives with marketing and product goals.
  • Use data and insights to provide business decision support for strategy, planning and sales operations.
  • Create customer segmentation models, sales coverage/territory designs and programs to enable sales success.
  • Analyze sales metrics to optimize strategies using HubSpot CRM tools.
  • Identify new markets and opportunities to position Fracture as the go-to solution for creative, sustainable décor and signage.
  • Effectively negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize long-term profitability.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience with a track record of exceeding revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship building abilities. 
  • Drive, ambition and proven resilience in pursuing sales goals.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot or other CRM tools and data-driven decision-making.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite products.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in the decor, hospitality, or similar industry.
  • A strong network in the hospitality, restaurant, or corporate sectors is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Google Suite products.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Experienced B2B sales professionals with at least 3-5 years of proven sales experience in industries like hospitality, creative solutions, or sustainability-focused products.
  • Experience in building effective sales forecasting processes, ensuring pipeline velocity.
  • Collaborative and able to work effectively with cross functional teams, including marketing, customer service, and production. 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to craft compelling pitches and presentations.
  • Ability to communicate and sell Fracture’s unique value proposition (combining design, storytelling, and eco-consciousness).
  • Strong understanding of the competitive landscape, industry trends, and external pressures that may impact customer buying decisions.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Experience managing high-value accounts and large sales strategies.
  • Results oriented, self-motivated, and collaborative.
  • Aligns best practices with Fracture’s mission, values, and sales approach.
