Battle of The Bands to End Homelessness

With last year’s event generating over $25,000 in donations, this year’s goal was bumped up to $50,000 to make an even bigger impact on homelessness in the Gainesville community.

Local tech companies have formed bands to put on an epic concert and will battle it out to see who can raise the biggest round to END homelessness in Gainesville, FL on Friday, August 18th.  The bands include local tech companies Constant Contact, Feathr, Infotech, Digital Brands, and Remote Control (Made up of remote employees from DuckDuckGo, Zapier, Trajector and Elaborate.)

The winning title goes to the company that raises the most donations for GRACE.  Fundraising pages, ticket sales and proceeds from the silent auction all contribute to the cause.  With last year’s event generating over $25,000 in donations, this year’s goal was bumped up to $50,000 to make an even bigger impact on homelessness in the Gainesville community.
