This role is ideal for a hands-on, detail-oriented financial leader who thrives in a fast-paced growth environment and enjoys balancing strategic analysis with day-to-day financial management.

You’ll manage end-to-end finance—including forecasting, cash flow management, KPI tracking, and reporting—while building scalable processes to support future growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all aspects of financial management, including accounting oversight, treasury, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
  • Develop and maintain financial models aligned with company strategy, SaaS metrics (ARR, CAC, CLV, churn, gross margin), and growth objectives.
  • Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
  • Oversee the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, providing business insights to leadership.
  • Manage cash flow planning, working capital optimization, and scenario modeling for funding and capital decisions.
  • Provide management oversight for G&A and Financial Operations team members.
  • Oversee HR-related functions including payroll, benefits administration, ERISA requirements, performance management, and talent acquisition.
  • Partner with department heads to analyze performance against budget and recommend course corrections.
  • Lead financial due diligence, reporting, and executive-level presentations.
  • Manage relationships with external accountants, auditors, and tax advisors to ensure compliance.
  • Implement and improve financial systems, processes, and internal controls to support company growth.
  • Support strategic initiatives such as pricing optimization, financial analysis, and contract structuring.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting (MBA, MFA, or CPA preferred).
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in financial management, preferably in SaaS, technology, or subscription-based businesses.
  • Strong command of GAAP, financial modeling, forecasting, and performance metrics.
  • Proficiency with modern finance tools such as NetSuite, QuickBooks Online, Power BI, and Excel.
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
  • Proven experience leading budgeting and reporting functions in $5–25M revenue organizations.
  • Ability to translate financial insights into actionable recommendations for non-financial leaders.
  • Exceptional analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Hands-on mentality with comfort managing details while driving strategic discussions.
  • This is an in-person role

What We Offer

  • Competitive compensation and performance-based bonus.
  • Comprehensive health benefits, 401(k) plan, and paid time off.
  • Opportunity to shape financial operations and influence strategic growth in a scaling technology company.
