About raia & raia Labs

raia LLC is based in Sarasota, Florida and is a secure, simple, and scalable platform that helps
organizations build their own AI-powered workforce. With raia, businesses can create, train, and
manage AI Agents that are trained on their data, tailored to their workflows, and able to take on
real business tasks. We are launching raia Labs in Gainesville at UF Innovate | Hub to give
students hands-on experience designing and testing AI-powered solutions.

The Opportunity

As a Student Associate at raia Labs, you’ll gain practical, real-world experience in AI and
software development. You’ll work alongside a small, entrepreneurial team to:

• Build, train, and test AI Agents using raia’s no-code platform and technical integrations
• Design agentic workflows that allow AI agents to interact with business systems and
  perform tasks
• Develop AI-powered applications, with opportunities to contribute to front-end and
  back-end components

Programming experience is not required, but skills in TypeScript, React, Postgres, or APIs are a
plus. This will allow you to contribute more deeply to our AI-first applications.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled student at the University of Florida (undergraduate or graduate)
• Strong interest in AI, software, and emerging technologies
• Willingness to learn new tools and techniques
• Ability to commit to at least 20 hours per week on-site at UF Innovate | Hub.

Preferred (but not required):

• Familiarity with TypeScript, React, Postgres, or APIs
• Prior experience in software projects, hackathons, or technical clubs
