He has significant experience preparing and prosecuting patent applications before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO)\, particularly for inventions involving mechanical\, medical devices\, energy\, software\, financial\, and environmental technologies. His technical knowledge spans complex systems such as mining and drilling equipment\, oil and gas technologies\, pumps and pumping systems\, robotics\, drones\, generators\, engines\, battery and solar technologies\, wind and fluid energy systems\, and water and wastewater treatment processes.Sean’s practice includes the full spectrum of patent law services—from drafting and prosecuting patent applications to preparing patentability and infringement opinions.
